Registration form and cost
 
The below document is the registration form.  Please download (by clicking on the document), save to your computer, open and fill out in Adobe PDF, print, sign, and email to McGrath@FIFOA.org.  All registrations must be submitted with a payment within one business day to guarantee your spot at Camp.  A registration will not be accepted without payment.  The Camp is $600.00 is due by February 1st, 2024.
 
When you have submitted your registration you will receive an email from Andrew McGrath within 24-48 hours with instructions on the different payment types we accept.  If you do not receive an email back, please reach out via phone at 813-704-0092.   Currently we use Venmo, Zelle, or Apple Pay to collect all debit/credit card payments.
