Registration form and cost
 
The below document is the registration form.  Please download (by clicking on the document), save to your computer, open and fill out in Adobe PDF, print, sign, and email to McGrath@FIFOA.org.  All registrations must be submitted with a payment within one business day to guarantee your spot at Camp.  A registration will not be accepted without payment.  The Camp is $600.00 is due by February 1st, 2024.
 
When you have submitted your registration and are ready to pay, please contact Andrew McGrath, via text initially, at 703-899-4098 to provide your credit/debit card information.  This comes at no cost to you- credit card payment will be done over the phone so that no financial information is  left on paperwork or via email.  Currently we use Venmo or Apple Pay to collect all debit/credit card payments.
